Home Brewing 101 - July 20 11am - 3pmInstructor, Ty Wolosin and Kevin Sykes from Windy Hill Farm – Learn the basics of brewing as Ty and Kevin demonstrate a partial or mini-mash technique easily done at home. Lunch provided by Chef Brian Luscher’s Post Oak Red Hots – “The best hot dog you’ll ever eat! Made by hand. Smoked with Oak” with Lakewood Brewing Co. in attendance to offer tastes of different brews, discussing flavors, types and techniques. Students go home with samples, great instructions, and some basic supplies.
