Update from the Senior Minister Search Committee March 18, 2007
First of all, we want you to know that every member of the committee is humbled by the honor and responsibility placed on us. We are individually and collectively determined to create a process that will result in the best possible outcome for our church. At our weekly meetings we have been organizing the task ahead of us, and learning more about the UU search process. Above all we want to be good listeners. So our next order of business will be determining the options and schedule for soliciting input from the congregation and the various constituencies of the church, which will begin shortly. Look for information and updates regularly in this space as well as on the church website. Stay tuned, we’ve begun!
