Caring Community
|
A network of care teams, which are set up to meet certain needs within the church congregation. One team prepares meals for people, one makes phone calls or visits people who are sick, in the hospital, or in crisis, and one team sends out cards to people to let them know we are thinking about them on various occasions. Next will be a new cell phone care team to respond to pastoral emergency phone calls when the church office is closed.
