Our infrastructure and facilities accommodate worship, religious education, programs and assembly.

• Develop a facilities master plan to meet our needs for the next 10 years.
• Construct new facilities to meet our needs.
• Repurpose existing facilities as needed.
• Make interim improvements and address other short-term needs, such as adding audiovisual equipment to the sanctuary.
• Formally evaluate our staffing, facilities and technology infrastructure to develop an improvement plan to meet the needs of our growing congregation.
• Provide the right people with the right skills and tools to serve our church effectively.
• Enhance our music ministries.
• Prepare a ministerial succession plan.
• Increase worship opportunities.

• To help the church staff accommodate our expected growth and the various Chart and Compass program initiatives, we will implement various staffing and organizational recommendations suggested by outside consultants, including training and improved communications techniques. We will retain our existing IT system, but replace our phone system with a modern voice over IP-based system appropriate for a small business. 
• We have researched current and future space requirements for programs and staff and contracted with the experienced and well respected architectural firm ARCHITEXAS to develop a general facilities master plan to meet our needs for the next 10 years. We expect to have environmentally friendly construction and renovation plans approved and ready to begin work in 2008.
