Our Team

"We know, as a denomination, that if we simply retained our visitors-and we do a better job than most denominations-but if our churches across the country simply retained our visitors-we could double the size of our denomination in a year.

"I can't emphasize enough that if you begin to tell yourself, however silently, that we've done all we can do here, that this is who we are, and forget about all those who are 'checking us out,' who need us, who are looking for a church home-we have the capacity to freeze the vitality and close ourselves off from our future and kill the life of the church."
