Infrastructure Review: The consultants who conducted an infrastructure review of our organization, staffing and technology reported their findings to the Leadership Team and the church staff in December. To accommodate our expected growth and the Chart and Compass program initiatives, the consultants’ recommendations included increased training for church staff and improved communications between staff members. In addition, the consultants determined that our existing church software (ACS) can meet our needs with some additional modules and technical training in the software’s capabilities. Also recommended were upgrades to our telecommunications network and our computer systems and printers. Planning is underway to budget and implement many of the recommendations.

Capital Campaign: We invite one and all to attend our family-oriented campaign kick-off the evening of January 20th. It’s a celebration of the significant work on our strategic plan by hundreds of volunteers throughout the past several years, and the official beginning of the capital campaign to fund our collective vision.
