OTHER WAYS TO GET CONNECTED

Our programs are what you make them. Ours is a cooperative program. That means that parents are expected to support our programs with their time and talents. There are a myriad of ways to become involved and to model for your children and teens what it means to be truly engaged in building beloved community. If you’re not teaching this year, we still need your involvement. 

A few of the ways you can help us build a vibrant and caring community include:

• serving as a “Teacher’s Helper” once every month or two,
• providing assistance or musical accompaniment in Children’s Chapel,
• working with the teachers to plan a simple service project for the families in your child’s class,
• hosting a party in your home for the children in your child’s class,
• or even helping to host a Halloween Carnival here at the church!
  

Each congregant here is empowered to make this church what they want it to be by sharing their ideas, time, creativity, and talents. Let us know what you would like to do and we’ll try to help you make it happen! Of course, the more lead time you provide yourself and the staff, the more likely it is that, together, we can get it done.
